This is definitely my new favorite banana bread recipe. Add 6 tablespoons butter and 1 5 cups white sugar to a large bowl. The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color. Stir together just until combined. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the banana mixture.

The batter should be slightly lumpy. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Mix in mashed bananas sour cream vanilla and cinnamon with mixer on low speed. In another bowl whisk together the eggs sour cream vanilla butter and the 1 cup mashed banana pulp.
