Place broth water vegetables and butter in microwave safe bowl. In a large bowl combine the chicken mixed vegetables soup milk garlic powder salt and pepper. Pour a layer of the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Step 1 stir the soup sour cream black pepper vegetables 2 3 cup onions and 1 4 cup cheese in a 2 quart casserole. Let stand 3 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Add celery tomatoes cucumber parsley chicken and cheese to bulgur. For 40 minutes or until. Stir in flour salt and pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened stirring constantly. Transfer to 9 13 baking dish spreading evenly.
Stir in vegetables pasta sauce parmesan and shredded chicken. Top with swiss cheese and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and hot. Cover and microwave on high 8 minutes stirring once or until vegetables begin to soften. Place broccoli florets in a microwave safe bowl add a few tablespoons of chicken broth and cook until tender. If you don t like veggie version you can put beef broth.

In a small bowl whisk together orange zest orange juice vinegar oil mustard and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Steam broccoli in your microwave if you need a quick side for your chicken dinner.
